6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

  • Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery—please contact us before returning.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
